Nutella Cream Pockets

Ingredients:
Nutella
Mascarpone
Wonton wrappers
Peanut Oil
Table sugar

Directions:
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium or medium-high.
Lay 1 wrapper flat and place a teaspoon sized drop of nutella on the wrapper.
Followed by the same size of mascarpone.

Wet all 4 sides of the wrapper. Place another wrapper on top and seal by pressing from the middle out to avoid little air pockets.
It’s like a little dessert ravioli!
Cut the edges off so that you don’t have a ton of extra dough hanging around.

Drop this sucker in the oil for just a second. It will instantly inflate like a balloon.
Flip and get both sides golden brown. You may want to fry 2 or 3 at a time so that you don’t accidentally leave them in the oil too long.
Sprinkle with table sugar as soon as they come out and are still hot. Or you can wait until they cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Or you can do whatever you want actually ;)
The mascarpone seems to evaporate or something. I’m not sure of the physics behind it. But you can also dip these in a little mascarpone too. I mean, you obviously can do whatever you want ! :)

ENJOY!
